Rabbits? Saturn?

Time to show a little posting restraint perhaps?

"Well, Canon rolls out a load of new stuff here on Feb 22. I'm invited but it's a long way to go. Ping Mark Dunn - if yer out there, wanna press conference invite?"

This was posted on DCR this evening by someone I know by reputation here in the UK & it fits in with what others have already said about the 22nd.

Should we throw Erwin into a pond and see if he floats or not?

Now we're getting somewhere! First one with a serious post is a Martian bunny.

Hey,

Page 255 - we are at the limits of 8 bits.

Any post now and we'll all have to convert our Rumour thread to RAW

I don't know if that bunny is a Martian or not, but from the looks of him, you'd have a tough time stuffing him into a Saturn, or for that matter, a Volkswagen. I'd bet he spends his spare time running down and eating rottweilers.

Dinner at Milliways anyone?

(I mean, since the end is getting nearer we might as well gather there)

The end is getting nearer, maybe.

Word on the street is that there is an "important" meeting at Canon Corporate Office in Lake Success, NY today and tomorrow. Keep checking press releases on Canon USA and Canon Europe websites

The answer to the ultimate question is 43, now what was the question? Oh ya, "what is the meaning of life, universe, and everything?". I too have nothing to add to this discussion. EDIT, the limit is 256, we started counting at "1" not ZERO.

Ummm, the answer is most definitely 42, not 43!

No, the rings are on the inside. You have to cut the rabbit in half, count the rings, and then you can determine how old it is.

Yes, 42. 43 is what the devil wants you to believe is the ultimate answer.

Tonight I'm going to try to take some pictures of saturn with my 50mm lens and see what I get. Then maybe I'll take some pictures of a moving rabbit two miles away and see what it looks like.

Well, besides the relative size of the eagle's eye compared to it's brain, the density of rods and cones in it's retina can be 5x that of us relatively nearsighted humans.

I wonder what the eagle's processor uses for noise reduction?

Great name for the next generation processor/sensor combination...

D!GIC/Eagle Eye.
