That is what is so wonderful about non human photography!
My "kids" most often gave me looks that would eat a hole through me but then others that showed the bond between creatures that goes beyond "sweet"!.

It is part of the iiststii’ik Gardens (aka Listen gardens) in Fish Creek Provincial Park
iiststii’ik: Being in a state of awareness, present, open and receptive to one’s surroundings, to nature, to each other, to the external & internal environments, to new beginnings. Through the act of deep listening, profound (re)conciliation can occur.
They started building these new gardens last year and will be completed sometime in 2027. I did not see any signs and the online map of the garden does not show this sculpture in the design. It is the first time I have photographed it. Other times I saw it and I don't think I shot it. Something about the rainy weather drew me to take the shot yesterday.
I spend a lot of time photographing in the adjacent Artisan gardens in good weather and snowy weather. I don't think I ever photographed there in rain, til yesterday.

Bow Valley Ranche - right next to the Artisan and Listen Gardens - the Park Ranger used to live in the house, now it is a restaurant. I spent a couple of evenings in it when the Park Ranger lived there. They used to have staff parties in the house. My Dad was in charge of the park maintenance staff for a few years. The park extends from the Bow River all the way to the western south western City of Calgary boundary following Fish Creek to the Tsuut'ina nation.

While I am NOT a fan of rainy, wet weather, the skies do present vibrant colors and deep textures. The mood and drama help make your surroundings more "unusual".
People running for cover, reflections, water droplets on surfaces.........lots to photography if you don't mind the "liquid sunshine".
The weather really emphasizes the "story" of the monument.
Well done! and NO you will not melt if you get wet!
