This actually leans more on the cool and grey side as opposed to their warm/yellow presale photos. Not quite sure how I like it on a black body...

Things got a little busy with the camera half case, but it shows an M Safari paired with the LLL 35mm f/1.4 Double Aspherical Titanium. Light Lens Lab posted it on their Instagram.
I have a LLL 35/f2 8e in stainless steel. I think this 35/AA in titanium looks more like that stainless steel, which has a subtle grey tone.
I pre-ordered a titanium too, and hope it will look good on my m11-p safari.

I bet it will look fantastic on an all black M body.
The subtle warm tone makes it similar to my all-time favorite, nickel and black paint. Titanium and black chrome go well together for a satin finish. 🥰
Having looked at the photos again on a bigger screen: I really like the look, especially the bokeh. But I’m still not sure whether the sharpness is really that understated (or if it’s just the compression). Wide open, the pre-ASPH felt razor-sharp in comparison.
Japanese retailer (Shotenkobo) posted a shot of what, I assume, is a production model (based on serial number - 265/998). I can't say if this is an image they took or it's a photo provided by LLL, but you can click the link to see it:

Update: I got lost in the timezone shuffle of the Ti pre-order, but went ahead and ordered a black paint, anyways, then shot David an email about the situation. He got me sorted, and now I'm eagerly awaiting a Ti version. TBH, titanium isn't even a vanity choice for me: my M cameras just go in my normal shoulder bag with other stuff, so the paint on alloy lenses (Leica, Zeiss) tends to take a beating and Ti should fair better.
I guess Ti not limited, or limited as much, or there were cancellations and more available. Since I am not collecting but using I suppose it really doesn't matter to me. No mint in box saving for me. I anxious to get my hands on it and see what I can do with the optics

Behold! The titanium version is available for order now again.
Not sure what it means
Are you sure? It still shows unavailable for me. Maybe some people cancelled their orders and a few Titanium copies popped back up. I was told this one really is a limited edition.

May have been that or a site bug. It showed up as available for me when I looked earlier.
