So, you intentionally miss the point.
Not at all, it was a genuine question. I don't follow what Sony does and thought maybe they had a MF sensor camera. It's MF digital with amazing color and tone, I don't think anyone would expect it to compete with Sony. Plus, there is likely a lot of nuance missing from the announcement because as of yet, it is still just a leak in terms of actual specs.

Agreed, we don’t know the specifics of the introduction of continuous autofocus. Is it a crude continuous autofocus, or a modern version that works much better in dynamic environments? Fuji points out that their top of the line medium format camera performs continuous autofocus of eyes and face. Also, it can track people, animals…etc. Hasselblad uses the same AI language that is used on the Fuji website, but we will see if it competes. Also, I would hope that there is much more processing power in version ii, but such claims are only by inference and nothing overtly stated.

“ first to offer true end-to-end high dynamic range (HDR)”. What does this mean. How does this differ from v.1?
No mention of eye autofocus, so unlikely to compete with Sony.
It probably means that they encode the JPEG and HEIF with HDR support. The much brighter display of Mark 2 is then able to show the HDR encoded JPEG. Maybe Phocus (mobile and desktop) will also support HDR mode.

If the 'blad is even close to the Fuji I'll be very pleased. I'll let you know Friday or Monday when my body/lens arrives. I can compare directly against both the GFx100ii and GFX100sii with the 45-100.

Lidar will be faster in low light or no light than Fuji but I'm not sure how they'll integrate eye AF if at all with it. If DJI did integrate to work together it'll be amazing, if not they'll probably be priority shifting systems working in tandem.

Anybody have an idea when the first orders of the 35-100 will ship? The X2D II is shipping right now (mine is at least), but I can't find any dates at all for the lens.

Not clear. And it seems that you cannot order it separately yet. My guess would be that it ships later.

The HDR stuff is confusing. You can get proper HDR out of the current camera lineup in Lightroom. I’ve done it. Not seeing much about the overall speed and operation of the camera.
