Is there any way to capture a frame from a Canon Raw Movie (a CRM) file as a RAW or CRAW still image (i.e. a CR3 file) that can be processed by RAW processing tools (e.g. Lightroom Classic)?

Canon's Digital Photo Professional can grab a frame, but as far as I can tell, it can only save it as a CRM file.
DaVinci Resolve can grab a frame, but can only save it as JPEG or PNG and some other formats that I don't recognize.
