Greetings to FM regulars ... I just rejoined this terrific site (been a few years)
...will try and post a shot from the 21st . Taken a few hours into official Summer.
Glad to see there is still an active Canon group.
Can't afford to update to mirrorless ... still using my 1dx2 and 300 2.8ii (+ extenders) for nearly all my shots

That new 100-300 looks quite interesting for sure but I still haven't won that lotto!

Ok so I’m a Spring procrastinator but only by a few days lol. So loving the switch to mirrorless and handheld! Not magazine worthy sharpness, but I’m pretty tickled with this capture on the edge of my yard in the harsh midday sun about a week ago. Had to wait for the wind to blow the high branches out of the way. Tweaked with Lightroom mobile only, opinions welcome- Marilyn

I started off my summer by being invited to show my 1973 Sunflower Yellow 914 at the Porsche 75th Anniversary Event at our local dealer 2 weeks ago. I of course brought along my camera. Here are a couple of my favorites from the day.
