This one popped up while searching; hope to have some scenery up soon. Denver & Rio Grande Western (now UP) empty coal hoppers at Yampa CO 1990ish. Probably taken on Provia slide film with D200 and 28-105.

In the Everglades tree frogs and anoles climb stems of Bull Thistles and roost within the thorns (personal observation). I slowly bent the stems outward to gain a clear view of the frog.
This is probably defensive behavior against snakes.
Captured on Kodachrome 64 around 1984, the 80-400 AFS had a Canon 500D close-up filter.

There have been fields where a large contingent of legit TA cars would come in from CA, which was nice. Some of the cars running that class today appear to be cars with no provenance and are just more recently converted street cars. The best field at the Historics was back in 1996 when the 30 year reunion of Can Am was there. Great field.
I see the Historic Trans Am cars will have their own race at this year's event.

Another from my 1986 kodachromes, in the park. This one I call "I can do it ". Nikon FA, 50mm f/1.4 ai-s. Digitalized with z7ii, z mc 105mm f/2.8 s. made up 62mm tube extensions from glassless cheap 62mm filters, to get the necessary length on the es-2 to properly do slide repro.
