We were In the boat again this past Thursday. Caught this cormorant sunning on the old collapsed railroad turntable bridge at -Wildwood back Bay Area. Late afternoon glare put the cormorant and bridge steel in silhouette. Shot with my Z8 and 400 f/4.5 wide open at about 1/1250 shutter speed. Made for an interesting look. Interestingly, I was at a major CFB this weekend and the sidelines were split nearly 50/50 between Canon/Nikon including a couple of 400 f/4.5's. What a change from even a couple of years ago.
