Yeah it's the nature of the beast. An art form so simple and yet so freak'n hard. Days I hit the streets and come back with Jack squat. And other days I have good fortune.
A left turn on a street and nothing. A right turn and a target rich environment. It's those rare and I mean rare nuggets that keep us going out.

A few shots from this year's Bastille Day (14 juillet) celebration in Montréal, which has experienced a huge growth in immigration from France over the past decade due in part to the poor job market for young people in France.
I see many people with their eye on you "PW"! Also they are smiling so you're good!!!
Do you get to Vietnam on a regular basis? Are you Vietnamese?
I spoke Vietnamese( and French) while in the military over there 1967-1969. And here at my job for 40 years.
Now my only chance is at the local resturaunt or my barber. She in from Vung Tau. Her family is still there and she is trying to get them out to America.
I miss my Nước Chấm sauce and pho!
Great compositions?

100% Canadian, and no Vietnamese. But I am a seasoned traveller/photographer, and I find that honesty, respect, and openess is always understood, by people all over the world.

I could NOT agree more!
Canada does have an easier admittance into some Country's than us "yanks".
Some people feel that the term "yank" is negative.
I say find the songs praising "the yanks" for entering WWII. Yeah some of us were/are arrogant but don't hold that as a negative.
Thanks "PW".
I enjoy seeing my olde home.
