1:1 detail of a section of the above photo. Layer upon layer of detail in the building. There were so many people inside roaming the building that it was hard to stop and appreciate everything.

Not a huge fan of using the 1.4tc but I was wanting to work on BIF tracking in anticipation of getting the 800pf if they ever decide to ship mine lol, so I kept it on all day and shot in crop mode a lot of the time as well.

Spring in Australia and the birds are out and about.

One of my favourite birds, the Spotted Pardalote was tending to his nest with his female. This guy is only about the size of a man's thumb!

We came across a crazy feeding frenzy. There were about 20 Snowy's (& a couple Ibis) around this very small pond and the Snowy's would repeatedly skim the top, dip their feet into the water to tilt down, and snatch these fish out. We sat in car & shot from the roadside.

We watched the action for at least 15 minutes and it was non-stop. Lucky for us, it was early and there was almost no traffic on the road.
