2 questions:
1) does Z9 shutter speed go to 900 seconds in M mode like Z7II?
2) is the AF with 500/300 PF same as on D850 level?
Thanks

Nah, I don’t need to do that, lol!
Aside from being a photographer I am also the photo editor of a magazine so I am trained to spot good photos from a mile away.
Knock your self out bud, no feathers off my back…;-)

Very nice George.
I particularly like the Hooded Merganser. I know how quick they can blast by. Well done.

Thank you Phil, yeah they move along! Getting more used to the camera now but still deciding what AF mode to put where so I can access it quickly! Will be moving them around as I decide which works best for me.
I was referring to the change in *species richness*, summer vs winter. I am sure you know that up here, there are not nearly as many species in winter as summer.
You brought this up: I was born and raised along the North Atlantic. I have 47 years as a field wildlife biologist, here in Maine, the Everglades and Georgia, to recover an endangered species... and now back in Maine.
I occasionally shoot in the roughest weather the North Atlantic has. No, I won't say that I live for it.
But yes, I love it too. It is because of the solitude, with nature. I grew up in it, and so when I go into it, I know how to dress for it.
Isn't a photo editor a desk job? Sorry..... couldn't resist that .
Glad to see you liked Ricky Simpson's comment. Honest. Maybe I am reading you wrong.
