I'm not a great fan of photographing in zoos (actually even of visiting zoos), but today my family and I visited a much-better-than-average zoo where the animals have a lot more room to roam ("probably the most beautiful zoo in Europe - https://www.discoveringbelgium.com/pairi-daiza/)
Here are a couple of images of the animals, with my brand-new 70-200 GMII. There was also a Halloween theme going on, and I liked one of the photos of dressed up ladies:

Some panning action at a slow shutter speed using this lens… (disclosure: according to my better half, the image was too blurry while I argued that the head was rendered just fine… oh, well)

My critique would be the animal is just having a walk, I would prefer it either running or stalking with the blur. Otherwise beautifully done.

Great lens for motorsports. Turns out a buddy of mine has jumped in to a Spec Miata so between lapping days and races I plan on shooting more events next season.
