Looking down one of the roads of the Pompeii Archeological site. You can see the grooves in the "cobblestones" from the carts that ran across the stones. I believe that one of the flanks of the volcano, Vesuvius can be seen at the rear of the image.

Previously in this thread, I have shared some test shots with the 28mm Ultron II on my Kolari UT modded Z6 in a Google Drive folder here.
This image got me a bit worried regarding the behavior of the Kolari UT mod, but I have now landed on that it is (mostly) moiré, which suggest that the lens is out-resolving the (24MP) sensor.
I have now added one more, since I have tested the 28mm Ultron II on my stock Z7 a bit too. Luckily I can conclude that the issue is in fact moiré, as seen in this image, which I have now added to the folder linked above.

does anybody knows how this lens compares with 28 mm/1:2,8 Color Skopar SLIIS on the sony camera?
I don't know, but I can say what public experience and theory says:
Since the Color Skopar is made for SLR / DSLR cameras, it will most likely work as it was intended.
This won't be the case with the Ultron II, since it was designed for digital Leica M cameras that have roughly half the sensor glass thickness of Sony cameras. The Ultron II will introduce field curvature outside the center on your Sony camera.
How these two lenses will compare on a Sony camera is difficult to say before someone does a side-by-side test. My recommendation would be to do some research on the 28mm Color Skopar and see what you can gather from it. How it performs on DSLR cameras will be about the same on a Sony camera, I expect.

Like Lars, I can't say either. I do know that HelenaN has been posting many images using the 28mm f2 Ultron II in the Sony FE Image Thread a fair amount and is pleased with the results, but I believe she indicated that she stops the lens down to f8 where she finds the lens providing acceptable performance on a stock Sony body.

I am considering this lens, and the pictures in this thread look great, but most have been taken on a Leica or modified sensor camera. Has anyone tried this Voigtlander Ultron 28mm II on a stock Sony with a PCX? If so, which PCX did you use?
