24mm: f/1.8 ? - since there’s already a 20/1.8
40mm: f/1.8, f/2 or f/2.8 ? - depending on pancake design or not
50mm: f/2 ? - there are already the 50/1.8 and the 50/2.8 Macro. Oh, and 50/1.4 ZA, 50/1.2 GM, not to mention the 55/1.8 ZA A 40mm is also semi-normal.

I'm betting 24 f/1.8, 40 f/1.8, and 50 f/1.4, but we will see. These would all go well with the 20 f/1.8 and only duplicate the ZA 50 f/1.4 and given that Sony has already duplicated the ZA 35 f/1.4 I don't think that is a very big deal to Sony. I think Sony is totally ignoring Zeiss at this point.

I think 24/1.8 is pretty certain, but I’m really less sure about the other two.

I hope these are composite with rubber controls and metal filter threads. Not easily scratched alloy veneers with plastic filter threads like the 1.8/3.5 and older lenses. I would like some pancakes too.

I find it odd they're coming out with a 40mm and 50mm at the same time sure there's a difference but I think a compact 35 in the gap between the 24 and 50 would've made more sense. That being said if they truly are compact and flare resistant with nice sunstars stepped down I could see my kit changing again and selling off my loxias buy ik still waiting for the 16gm
A 40mm is also semi-normal.
