Hi Zenon, on your 1000ISO goose shot, I think you shoot Raw. Are you processing to get rid of noise? If so what are you using? Thanks!
I use LR most of the time even up tp 12,800. I use Topaz Denoise AI for tougher jobs.
Although I was never a Nikon shooter I was quite excited when Nikon announced the Z7 II as I prefer the smaller form factor than the R5, and the price is right ... but Jared Polin wasn't too impressed with the Mk II. The AF may be just fine for a wedding photographer but it's not good enough for a wildlife/bird shooter.

exactly for sure z7ii isn't meant for BIF shooters
Yes know about it but haven't used it.
Is a good implementation to have a preset, then just tweak it for different ISOs and the tweak is to set increase the luminance and color noise reduction the higher the ISO is?

It is actually called Adaptive preset, not Dependant. Sorry about that. That is what I do. The preset is a good starting point and U have a look the file. Sometimes it needs extra tweaks and sometimes not. Exposure makes a difference.

I am new to the forum and I have enjoyed seeing everyone's pictures with the R5. Here are some of my R5 images since getting the camera.
