No owls this season, but we did have this (almost complete) lunar eclipse this morning, so I got up at 2 and trekked north. Got booked by an angry policeman but managed to get a few shots beforehand.

First off, congrats on the new rig! You're going to love the R5.
That's a hansom best friend you have there.
Your image shows up as a Flickr link rather than an imbedded image that we can all see without clicking to open the link.
To show your actual Flickr image here, just do this to copy the code and paste it in your message here.
1. In Flickr, click on the photo to open it.
2. At the bottom right of the black area [top 1/2 of display] are 4 icons. Click on the curved arrow.
3, Along the top Select "BB Code"
4. Select a size. Typically no larger than 1600 on the longest side, but some like to post a little smaller.
5. Left click the code that appears in the box to highlight everything blue, then right click "Copy" to copy it.
6. Paste it into your post here.
I have been doing some video, mostly for FB, when I have been shooting Eaglet/Eagles in nests this year. Still very much a beginner at video. I have tried some screen grabs of jpg's to get different poses. Usually not as high IQ as stills, but sometimes get something decent. These two I was happy with even though they lack in several ways. R5, RF 800mm f11, videoed in crop mode, 4k 30 fps.
