Sat and watched Wood Duck picking off adult and emerging midge late this afternoon. Seems like a really small meal for a duck but they were sucking one down every few seconds so maybe it amounted to something

Thank you amlsml. Close to the water and on my stomach with a camo tarp over me. I think the ducks sense that I am there but I've been lucky thus far to get the shots I want. These are not "tame" wood ducks at all. Someone sent me a PM and asked if this was Wissihickon Creek or Druid Cemetery... absolutely not.
