How many of y'all are using the 200-600 for birds handheld v monopod v tripod?
in my past I shot a 300 f2.8 or 500 f4 + TC + D800e DSLR handheld for birds and didn't have too much of a problem (all due considering), but had to sell my gear about 5-6 years ago and am finally able to get back into photography again, just got an A1 and the 200-600. been loving it, but finding my keeper rate isn't what I remember.
I know the problem is me, not the equipment, but trying to figure out if just my technique has degraded too much, or if my shoulder osteoarthritis is pushing me more to look into a monopod, so I'd be interested in what you folks are utilizing for support.

Hey all, I've been mulling over a 200-600 for a while now but have been sitting on the fence and not 100% sure. I think possibly the compressed pictures on here when viewed on a 43" 4k monitor aren't helping its case.
Does anyone have any nice pictures that I can pixel peep at native resolution?
