Excellent images you posted there, Tim! Sweet lighting on both; that puffin in flight is just superb and the interaction between the two gannets is sweet.

I think.
I am not sure how Hummingbird migration works. About two weeks ago the count of hummingbirds in the back yard started climbing. We had two that stayed all Winter. Now there are eight. Including this big one who arrived on Friday. I think I recognize him from last year. He is the biggest of the lot as well, just as he was last year.
When I saw him I grabbed the a9, slapped on the trusty 200-600mm, and shot this image. I love this combo.

First time I've had this lens out in almost 9 months. After getting the 600GM it's been sitting on the shelf, collecting dust. Today I needed the shorter MFD for some deep woods warbler stuff so I shot half the day on this and the other half with the 600GM
I've been trying to get a Prothonotary Warbler for the last month with no luck. Today I stumbled upon 4. Go figure...
