Don't know how these will work on 200-600 and 100-400 GM ? I buy for Sony 90 and if it work good on the zoom it's a bonus

99% handheld
had tripods in the morning when there was not so good light on some pictures
I think it gets too bulky with a tripod on a macro in the field

It was in the bath for over a minute.
