Vancouver downtown core is pretty deserted due to the pandemic & Vancouver Mural Festival is helping bring new life to boarded up storefronts. Some good art but the experience is pretty surreal.
I managed to travel to my permanent home yesterday after month in temporary home 300 km away where the curfew is very strict. I was about to be fined $2500. But the policemen was understanding. If his superiors knew that he set me free he will be fired. So I realy was thankful and lucky.
I will continue to improve my skills with the 200-500 mm f/5.6 to see where is the limit. Those photos no where near what i like to see.
my tracking skills will improve with practice. I will test the limit of the z7 for BIF then I do the same for the d500.
Today I learnt that I was using the auto area wrong I was keeping my finger on the af-on back button. the curfew starts at 5pm so I could not fix that mistake by taking more shots. I will try tomorrow
