Well, I certainly can't compete with the above! Great shots...I wish we had that level of view in Ohio.
I did go out again tonight since they said activity would still be high, and actually went to a place that wasn't just my neighborhood street, but of course, no real luck. The aurora has shifted further northward today, so in the hour and a half I was there, the aurora was only faintly visible for about 5 minutes. Got one shot (below), and then took just some standard night shots. First shot is with the Z8 and Sony 50mm f/1.2 GM. Second with the 14-24/2.8 S:

Yes - I was definitely jealous of that one....usually we have clouds up here when anything special happens in the sky. Last night felt like a once-in-a-lifetime moment in our hometown. Lots of buzz still......and disappointment with tonight so far.
