Love the tonality in this Matt-you make that 300 lens sing in mono.

Many thanks. It's quickly becoming a strong favorite. It's IQ is exceptional, and with the IBIS of the Z... Fortunately I don't hike etc. so it's weight is a non-issue as well. Highly recommended, especially at their current prices.

It was my 8th time in 10 years. I may need to take a break next year but it still remains one of my favorite places to photograph. There's just nothing like that anywhere else.

I really don't like positing feeder shots, but I got this one yesterday while testing the 1.7x TC on my Z6.

It was really pretty challenging light and had plenty of potential obstructions. The Z6 did pretty well, given the conditions and using a TC.

My Z6 and 24-70S got drenched, but the camera seems to be fine... love the weather sealing and flip-out screen for this type of photography.
