That is pretty darn sharp for a lens + teleconverter!
How snappy was the autofocus? I found that adding the 2x converter to the Z 70-200S really had a negative impact on the AF performance of the lens if there was not a lot of contrast. White swans against white sky or snow caused the camera to search out of focus. I had to prefocus to get it to lock on. Once I did that, all was good.

Thanks forr sharing your take on the Z bodies, Bruce. Like you, I did notice an issue on subjects that lacked contrast. I was shooting perched birds from a blind so it wasn't really an issue. The image quality definitely impressed me, so I will probably grab a Z6 or Z7 from the B&S Forum and continue using my D500 for fast action.
