I have been playing with Capture One 21 as well as LR/PS to decide what Raw converter to settle on. Both are capable, and like different aspects of both, which makes it hard. One thing about Capture one is that it does not have the PS companion, so, I just downloaded Gimp to see if simple task like adding border works to my liking or not. It seems fine.
From the same cave from previous post. I also played with B/W on C1.

Trying out the new C1 for Nikon Version 21. First is with the Z6II, 500PF second shot is with the Z7II, 600 G. Bald Eagles in Colorado, from this last weekend. Basic edits, just learning the C1. Let me know what you think.

But I thought this camera couldn't take pics of birds doing things. The first pic is excellent with that wing spread.

I have been playing with HSS and find it to be a great fun and I am inspired to do more. Processed in C1P 21, border added in Gimp. I used two Flashpoint zoom
