For Z6/Z7 video shooters, would this elevated hot shoe extender move the mic far enough from an FTZ + F-mount lens to minimize focus noise? Thanks for any input!
Thanks!... I've been struggling a bit with the color balance w the Z6 and Lightroom. It is clear that Adobe has chosen to "juice" the files a bit. I am currently looking for the best way to get my Z6 files to look more like the D500 files when they are imported for raw processing.

The files seem tweaked, but I think it's being done in camera. I use Photo Mechanic and DxO Photolab. The Z6 files are easy to pick out even looking at thumbnails before RAW conversion.

I agree... I would like the files to be a bit more neutral w/ out losing the contrast. When I import them as neutral files, the contrast falls off dramatically.... Still working on getting the most out the Z6 files without losing the reality of the moment.
