Anybody else have issues with face detect on those with glasses? Tried using it for the first time yesterday since my daughter had gotten glasses and it couldn’t find her face unless she was looking dead at the camera. This was at her birthday party and was picking up other faces at different angles without much problem.
So ive been working so much lately, i rarely get to go out and do photos for myself, however with the Golden Knights season over, i was able to have a Sunday off. I took a z6, and my travel combo of the 14-30 and 50 1.8S out for a hike and a bit of climbing at Red Rock National Park. I thought i loved the 35 1.8, but after using the 50s a lot more, i can say with confidence the 50mm focal length has really really grown on me. i dont even bring the 35S out anymore.

I agree - 50mm 1.8s is pretty damn good. None of the lenses released in the Z mount so far are a dud though imo. Just waiting for the 24-70 2.8 to arrive (got it used in Canada on B&S here) + 14-30 preorder to be finally fulfilled. G-A-S.

i know what you mean, i dont mean its a dud, i mean i just found myself not using the 35 focal length nearly as much when i have the 14-30 in the stable.

How do you „feel” the 14-30? I have some itch... I mean, the IQ is on par with 24-70/4 S ?
Enough to sell my D850/14-24/24-70 and 58 and start the move to the new mount.
