I have the 40 and 65 so the 105 goes perfect and will be ordered when it becomes available
I am struggling with the wide end, I have the 12-24 and have been happy with the results, but I do want a small wide manual to compliment the 40 and 65 the 21 would fit in nice, but the IQ would have to match the loxia as that’s the lens I have my eye on, the 2/3 of a stop less would be manageable if the IQ is there,
Suppose it’s a waiting game now

I have the CV 110 on order as well. I had a CV 15 which I sold when I got my 12-24G and 16-35GM but another new CV 15 will be delivered to me today.
I like the color and rendering of the Voigtlander 15 and particuarly like the fact of how small it is you can put it in your pocket.
I would not go out with both the 12-24 & 15 but maybe some of the following combinations.
15, 35 2.8 ZA, Loxia 85 or Sony 85 1.8 for a tidy small package.
15 & 24-70GM and 90 macro or 100 STF or even my Batis 135
It is just too cool of a lens and I missed it. I contemplated getting the 12 this time but why the 12-24 covers 12 and I think 15 is a more usable FL at least for myself.

I'm extremely doubtful that the CV 21 will match the Loxia 21 in IQ, but I'll still be pre-ordering one. You're basically looking at 1/3 the size and price. I'm sure it will be fantastic in its own right, and ideal for my purposes (gimbal and small travel kit), but I'd be shocked if it could be Loxia-level, given the design and size parameters.

No Loxia 85?
I go back and forth on that so much. For now I'm going to wait and see how the CV 65 and CV 110 cover the tele end. I shoot a lot of macro, so having that always available is a plus. Still, I lust for the Loxia 85. One day....

Same here and ended up with both CV 65 and Lox 85. Both stellar lenses. My kit is similar to yours except that I'm shooting CV 15 instead of Laowa.

I really wanted the CV 110 Macro. In the mean time I also ended up with the CV 65 and Loxia 85. They were both top notch lenses, but I sold them and got the Sony 90 macro. I am very happy with the Sony 90. So much that I am no longer even considering the CV 110. Excellent macro and very good general purpose lens.
It is the only Sony/Zony lens I have been satisfied with

I found this engineering drawing on the photoblogger's site here. If I'm not mistaken, Cosina's claiming three FLE's, so I assume those are the rear three and everything else extends the closer you focus. If so, that is a lot lens dangling off the mount on a long tube. Tighten up those mount screws, boys.
Novoflex makes a tripod foot that might work. It's hard to tell from just photos.
Is there enough data out now to know if the tripod foot will fit?

I've never owned the CV65/2 or the Loxia 85/2.4, but I own the Sony 90/2.8, and I think along the same lines as you. Each time I take oictures with the Sony 90/2.8, I'm very pleased with the results, and I really can't fault the lens.
The Sony 90/2.8 does manual focus very well for an AF lens, and AF is practical in many circumstances too, so I don't want to lose AF.

-------I still can't say with any certainty. Cosina is using a raised red marker to indicate the lens mounting position, and that may cause problems.
Yes, looking at the images of the lens it indeed looks problematic. I find it always easier to change from landscape to portrait mode using a lens collar and just
turning the cam with everything else held constant. The balance should be improved especially with the helicoid extended. I had hoped also to use a RRS flash ring and it is much easier to turn the cam then reconfigure the flashes.
Perhaps the lens collar will still work. I doubt they would custom machine one with a channel but one can always hope.

Since we are now into September, what is the latest estimate for a ship day?
Cosina hasn't announced any new release date yet... My personal quess is sometime October since they are now rolling out 50/1.2 VM from 9/13 and they usually have at least 1 month gaps between lens release dates.
Maybe CameraQuest and Robert White UK & other distributors have some insider info...
