Good stuff, not sure if it was mentioned but your 4 legged giant lizard is an American crocodile and the large heavy bodied snake is a bird eater (pseutes poecilonotus).

thanks jm - appreciate the viewing and the comment. I am a newbie myself and actually went on a photo tour with a very good photographer. The 10 days of intensive photography significantly helped me understand many nuances of it.
