I was hoping for fog this morning but it didn't materialize. I did manage to get this shot of the bridge and winding road leading you back to the twin peaks.

This is the now deserted fishing village of Houtouwan on Gouqi (Wolfberry) Island (actually it's just across the bridge on another island but it's usually referred to as being on Gouqi Dao) some way off the Shanghai coast (it's ca. a 9 hour journey to get here from the city centre). Famous for the way nature has reclaimed it. Even in October it looked amazingly overgrown but in Spring/Summer the ivy goes wild and wild flowers bloom everywhere.
Roughly 500 houses over three small valleys and we only found 2 still occupied by old folks not prepared to move on at their time of life. If you look carefully you can see all three valleys.
These captures are absolutely beautiful, very rich colour rendition and subtleness.
I love the scottish landscape, though have only been there once.
This year I will go there for a longer time, hopefully being able to shoot a lot of different scenery in different light conditions!
Which drone are you using by the way?
