Hi guys,
I recently posted one shot of the famous Mesa Arch. I visited this beautiful place this year february. I was there for the first time and I had really crazy conditions. Now I want to show one more version of it.
What a fantastic composition!!!! The snow really makes the texture of the rocks stand out from such a distance in the middle. The color, the fog or low clouds...the more I fixate my eyes just below the distant snow capped mountains, the more I see!
Great composition!

Ahh, yeah.... Everything about this rocks! Thanks for making the adventure out in the cold, now we get to stare at it and ooggle. I bet this will look tremendous as a large print. I would echo the same thoughts as previously stated. The snow accentuates the clay colored rocks perfectly, the view on into the canyon is somewhat veiled by the mist, the inversion directly below gives you the above the clouds feeling, and the pink and golden light cast down from the sky is just epic. My initial first thought was damn I need to move away from Florida.
Well I am so sick of this arch, aside from Mono Lake shots, this is a place I have committed to never shoot. But now with this image, I may have to re evaluate!!! Home run man! Inspiring too. Congratulations!
Nice! Great choice to shoot this tighter and focus on the far view. I see the same shot from here over and over and always think that there must be other good compositions to be had, thanks for showing one of them.
