Out of curiosity what is the "glow effect"? I've seen that term mentioned a few times here and there. Is it a plug in, or some manual technique?
You were very lucky to have such good conditions - the touch of snow and distant mist give the image atmosphere. Just a touch tightly cropped for my taste, but that's a personal thing.
