Someone was asking how the MC-11 works with Zeiss ZE manual lenses.
I only have the Distagon 15/2.8 ZE to test with and with this lens, it does not work AT ALL.
No exposure control, aperture control and EXIF shows: DT 15mm F0 SAM for all images.

I did, thanks Fred!
This is sad and strange, the Zeiss ZE lenses should be the easiest of them all for Sigma to make work, since they are MF only.
It's a bit cryptic if they'll add support for AF-C, but their website does say:
For the following lenses, we are developing firmware which incorporates a new algorithm to improve AF performance even further. Release of the firmware updates is planned around June to August, and will be announced on our website as they become available.
・SIGMA 24-105mm F4 DG OS HSM | Art - SIGMA and Canon mount
・SIGMA 120-300mm F2.8 DG OS HSM | Sports - SIGMA and Canon mount
・SIGMA 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM | Sports - SIGMA and Canon mount
・SIGMA 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM | Contemporary - SIGMA and Canon mount
・SIGMA 17-70mm F2.8-4 DC MACRO OS HSM | Contemporary - SIGMA and Canon mount

Just got done spending about an hour working with the A7RII + MC-11 + Sigma 150-600mm C and here's my thoughts on this combination.
TAKING IMAGES:
AF-S Works fine. Seems to focus quickly enough for my tastes.
AF-C Pretty much is not usable, struggles a lot. I tried all the focus point options and all produce inconsistent, mostly unusable results. One final note: at 150-400mm AF-C works better but not perfect. 400mm-600mm is pretty much useless.
AF-A Never had this option with the Metabones. It continuously focuses and works reasonably well.
DMF - It autofocuses with focus peeking turned on. I like this mode for verifying that what I'm shooting IS in focus.
THOUGHTS ON TAKING IMAGES: I'm really disappointed that AF-C is pretty much useless. I expected this to work and it just doesn't. Really Sigma?
SHOOTING VIDEO:
Holy crap! This is the best feature of this adapter. The metabones IV doesn't autofocus at all whereas the Sigma MC-11 does a really good job. I can swing the A7RII with the Sigma 150-600mm to different subjects and it pretty much locks on to focus at all distances. The only real negative is hearing the lens "chatter" as it constantly is checking focus.
Here's some sample footage. You can see how well it focuses and you can also hear the constant "chatter." The noise is not a huge deal for me considering I rarely record audio with the footage and when I do I usually use directional microphones away from the camera. Yes, I did have image stabilization turned on during this clip, but the chatter occurs w/o IS on as well:
Personally, I find this really useful using the A7RII and the Sigma 150-600.
FINAL COMMENT: Sigma needs to fix the issue with AF-C. If they can get that mode working, this will be a great adapter. But one must ponder why they released this adapter while it was half-baked. (At least using the adapter with the 150-600 C.)
The Canon 400mm f/5.6 with the MC-11 works very similarly to the Metabones IV. Works reasonably well in AF-C mode and AF-S mode. The other autofocus modes are grayed-out unlike using a Sigma Lens. No autofocus in video mode however.
Can anyone comment on the speed of the AF compared to native lenses? Obviously I'm not expecting native lens speed, but is there a noticeable lag/delay?

Focus speed is ok with Art 35/1.4, but not quite the FE native level in the final phase of AF where CDAF is used, having wrong type of focus motor inside the shows here. AF-C + Eye AF also makes some noise, one can clearly hear the focus motor is not very happy about all those direction changes. But I have got 6 years warranty for the len so I'm not worried
Also, when shooting stopped down significantly at least the ART 35/1.4 aperture change from focus aperture to actual shooting is quite noisy and not as fast as with native lenses.
But all in all I'm reasonably happy; I'm not shooting the ART 35/1.4 this lens stopped down a lot, got the FE 35/2.8 for that. I already do have pile of superbly accurately focused keepers from AF-C + Eye AF, shot wide open where this lens is significantly sharper than 2X more expensive Sony 35/1.4
Great news. In June or August a new firmware will improve AF for many Sigma lenses including the 150-600 S and C.
I can confirm that Zeiss ZE lenses DO NOT WORK with this adapter (exposure and aperture). I tried with my ZE 15/2.8 and ZE 18/3.5.

Has anyone tried with the TS-E 17 and 24 lenses?
Just briefly tested my TS-E 24 II now, it seems to work OK, but the lens is reported as DT 24 F3.5 SAM, what is that?
Just got my MC-11 Adapter yesterday. Tried it with my sigma 35mm 1.4 Art on my a7rii and a6300. Total fail. It hunts when auto focusing and is totally inaccurate. Spent about 4 hours messing around with settings and not a single combination worked properly. Really disappointed in this adapter.

Wait, this is for the 70 200 2.8? That wasnt on the list! Anyone have the sigma 24 70 2.8? It would be great to have eye focus on these 2 zooms to save $ pn gm zooms for now.
