p.59 #11 · D700/D3 still a joy to shoot

I still really love the D700; it�s extremely well built and the image quality is more than sufficient for my purposes (hobby, mostly portraits). I had to let it go due to the weight - just wish they built another Nikon D40 with a D700 (or I guess A7S3) sensor on it - I would have bought it without putting any thought into it.

I went to Sky Dive Arizona in Eloy last Monday to purchase a 300 F4 AFS lens from a FM member. Took a few snaps with the lens prior to coming home.
