Beatiful pictures on this page. Love the dragonflies.
A couple more from a recent hiking/camping trip where the only lens I took was the Minolta MD 35-70 Macro (on A7) that I picked up a few months earlier at a camera fair. This was my first real test for this glass and while I got a few acceptable shots I don't particularly like it. I thought it might be a nice, cheap alternative to the Vario-Sonnar 35-70 on hiking trips were gear might get treated a bit rough but I regret not bringing the Zeiss.

As long as I'm posting Port Angeles waterfront art (and thanks for likes!) here's one for those 3D "pop" fans among you. Of course, the 3D is the doing of the mural artist rather than the lens, but still...it was hard to discern the boundary between the building's actual curb and mural curb where the dog's leg is overhanging, even while staring at it.
The detail (dog) is not a crop; I walked up and shot it full frame. Sorry for the tree branch; I couldn't maneuver around it and am too lazy to remove it in post.

A7s with Canon Macro Lens FD 50mm f/3.5 and 20mm extension tube. This is where inexpensive and sharp happily come together to equal a bargain. The lens is about $50. the FD tube set was less than $10. It even serves as a very sharp, but slow, normal lens. I carry it along with my Leica WATE to balance my lens collection. It lowers my average lens cost. Very handy discussion point.
