Just messing around with still life. Saw this tomato while my wife was making dinner and snagged it for a quick shot. A7 II with FE 55/1.8 @ f/16.
I was framing a shot in the southbank undercroft last night and found that even the latest V4 metabones adapters have a serious problem with light at certain angles. My adapter is unflocked and I think having to pi$$ about flocking a $400 adapter is a joke.
Was fortunate enough to stay dry and clear of this lightening storm that passed through Arizona on the weekend. I had only one lens with me at the time: Zeiss ZE 50mm. Great experience to be able to capture these without getting wet or zapped.

Thank you very much, Michael! Yup, the sculpted Navajo Sandstone and its cross bedding inside the Canyon is very colorful and spectacular alright, especially if it is lit in a certain way. The DR is so wide that you couldn't get away without doing HDR method to get well balanced captures using Sony Exmor sensor or not.
With that said, here are the last two images I will be posting from this location. I really would like to go back before too long to do certain aspects of photography that I wasn't able to do on the previous trip. The last one is my favorite from about 16 keepers and that one was taken pretty much straight up vertically.
We visited an old plantation that is now a state park in Florida, and I was struck by how similar the square piano there was to the one in Ohio that you photographed. Don't know if it is the same brand or not.
