Sorry, I know this is a picture thread, but... Will a Minolta MC lens fit on an adapter marked MD? Most adapters say MC/MD, but I want this particular one because it's sold locally and it's pretty cheap.

Thank you Helena! MC, MD and Rokkors all fit the same adapter.
The only problem with cheap adapters is that with long lenses, starting around 90mm, you get reflections on the sensor which will show up on the pictures. So I think you are safe with your lenses. This counts for all adapters except Canon FD. You need the all black adapters from Kipon or Novoflex.
I was passing by this old cherry orchard last saturday and somethig made me stop.The old crooked and gnarled cherry trees were about to finish blooming.In the changing spring lighting they looked so gracefully.
This kind of scenes made me wish to have G45 instead of the Loxia with me. Results with Loxia are pretty nice, but G45 would have added just a little more presence to this kind of photos. Despite not having G45 with me, I hope I captured the shape/volume of the mountain/hill pretty well.
I posted something very similar to this first shot a week ago but wasn't very happy with it, focus was slightly out and colour seemed wrong, so I have had another attempt.
