My best friend sent me this '40's box camera and a bottle of vodka for my birthday. It seems to be in good shape and everything seems to work. Good excuse to get my A7 and Minolta MD 50mm 1.7 and get a picture.

(i) barley is sacred, it's the only grain that survives; (ii) these folks are eating tsampa and bread. I get the thumbs up and a smile - it's hard not being a player in your own photography in Tibet. FE55 / a7r.

It's good that it's ok for small children to stare at strangers.. :-)
Sometimes a not so sharp picture is good since it has emotions and makes you remember that moment.
