Charles, with the Loxia 50, you probably won't get much use out of the Noctilux. Feel free to box it up and send it to me.
Charles, out of kindness of my heart, I'll go Jim one better. Package your old Nocti, send it to me and I'll pay postage. From Australia, that's some big break I'm giving you, but Hey! that's the sort of chap I am.
Lots of great shots, but I can't resist René's second picture. Superb!
A couple of my own, cross-posted from the ZM 35 thread.
Wow, great page!
Joshua, that Aurora Borealis, wooha!
Werner nice theme and execution!
That Loxia is put to use in an excellent way Charles.
Beautiful 'back and white' Joco, interesting detail that EU flag in the back.
Rene, Arduluth, Ronny, Philber all great!
[edit] forgot to mention Rebel - whereas your shot with the cross deserves some explicit mention [edit]
Here two from yesterday: the object and its reception.
Great shots everyone, special thanks goes to Gregg for the Triumph Spitfire shot a couple of pages back and also Ronny for showing some of the CY28 Hollywood OOF capabilities in several shots (new framing stylee ignored ;- )
And many more superb images as usual (!!).
This afternoon I got myself a universal stabilzation for all my CY's et.al. through the A7 Mark II. Noticed that 1/8-1/13 requires no big effort with a lens such as the FE 55/1.8. Quite impressive.
Sony A7r friend Max Gennel took this shot (I am at the steering wheel) me doing the editing. This was a portrait shot so here was an obvious use for all those A7r pixels making it to a landscape which was what I wanted. Credits of course to Max Gennel and the FE55/1.8.
There are not a lot of examples from the new FE35/1.4 yet. So I very quickly shot some random test shots around the house. For those interested. All at F1.4:
Just got back my A7rM and decided to check out my old Leitz Elmar 50mm collapsible lens, This is mounted on a Hawks helical adapter. This lens makes its own kind of bokeh.

Gorgeous Spitfire shot. Car is in great condition too.
Philber, we could fly to Australia and pick it up in person for cheaper than buying one outright. Plus, the test shots there would be fantastic. I would certainly happily visit France again to pick it up from you. It has been entirely too long since I was last there.
Amazing pace this forum move at!
Joshua amazing capture!!
Wilhelm congrats on the A7II. Wonderful rendering
Dale congrats on the A7rM
Philippe and Grenache, you are both more than welcome to visit here in Australia. I don't think I will part with my 50 Nocti f/1.0 to easily . It is an amazing lens as it the 75 Lux.
Shots from this morning. It was raining quite heavily and lighting was very flat.
I really loving the Loxia 50 in ease of use and focusing. IMO I feel the Loxia 50 is nicer than the 35, but that may be just that I prefer the 50mm FL. If someone really likes the Zeiss Planar rendering this is a great lens.
Bob...That first shot is a stunner! Wow!
Samuli...Great shot with the ZE 25...
Jack...You're enjoying that ZM 35 1.4 quite a bit, are we?!
Some from today with the ZM 25. For some reason, the A7rM was in jpg mode, so I've turned most into BW's because of the color shift.( And I haven't done Adobe FF yet!)
Gregg
here's a pano I did handheld from outside the Ice cave we had went to (in Iceland). The hole on the left hand side is where the Ice cave is. It was my first time using the FD 20/2.8 and didn't realized till after we left that all photos I took was wide open even though I had set it to F8 or so ... didnt figure it out til the next day that I had to turn the adapter to be able to control the aperture. D0h! lol .. Photoshop did a good job though getting rid of all the vignetting from each photo and blending it. And despite being shot wide open, its still pretty sharp
