Samuli...thank you for the comparison. Have you used the ZM 50 Planar? If so, how would you compare it to the Loxia and G45? Great images with the Loxia, too!
Thanks - I haven't had the privilege to shoot with ZM 2/50.

love that last one samuli. so far i think i like your work with the g45 better than the loxia, probably the extra pop.
I think it's too early to make that conclusion. My initial impression is that f/2.8-11 there is more contrast & pop on G45. But I have only been out on 3 sunny days on 4 locations (and first one was without tripod, just to see if the lens works or do I have to bring the lens back to store).
We'll see in few months when everything stops being gray and spring brings my greens back. Unless I take week off and go shooting somewhere south, which is not bad option as I'm pretty damn bored to gray/brown dead nature between winter and spring here in Finland.

Two from a weekend walk in the hills near home in an area where a lot of gold mining occurred around 100 years ago. First is with the tiny little Canon 40 STM pancake, which I'm finding a good little walkabout lens on the Metabones adapter, as long as you're not in a hurry to find focus.
Great shots here!!!!!!!
Thank you Mike for your welcome.
Michiel the second one what a good contrast, dark clouds and sun is our friends.
