Basso...nice Contax 18/4 image. I like the inverted-ness!
Samuli...thank you for the comparison. Have you used the ZM 50 Planar? If so, how would you compare it to the Loxia and G45? Great images with the Loxia, too!
Jack...when and if I ever make it to 21mm, I'm going to come to your location(and then to Bob's and then Ronny's) to learn how to shoot wide!!

Three more days in Iceland and we will be heading back home. Again, based on the spotty and not so speedy internet connection, I didn't look at any of the images in the last several pages and I know I missed tones of great images. I will do so when I get back though.
Here are two shots of not typical conditions in Iceland, at least not in the winter. For a change there was no wind at the lake at Myvatn. Although the sun was not visible but the colors were there. The second shot was taken during the wait for the right condition.... out of boredom

Some great photos over the last few pages
Up early this morning to walk the beach and catch some stars
2 images, 1st focused at ~F2 for the stars, then refocused and stopped down for the trap, with a little lightpainting to give a moon glow mood. The light "stripe" in the background is due to the beacon from the Chatham Light sweeping round and catching some white water on the ocean.
A7r/Rokinon 35/1.4, I wish I had the 24/1.4 for this shot...

I concur with Ronny in the post above. Really nice shots.
