Peter...very nice "spring" images! Great rendering with the C/Y 180.
Derek...I like the first image.
Rene...I like teh second image the best!
Here are a few images with the OM 100/2

Testing out a 50 year old 55mm Micro Nikkor on the A7 body. I love the ease of manual focus as well as the very accurate exposure preview that you get in the manual mode.
The Voigtlander was carried by my late father-in-law who was a pilot in WWII. I still shoot a roll of film through it every year or so.
Greggf: Wonderful pictures with Oly 100/2! Your pictures + many from flickriver push me to pull the trigger to buy one excellent copy of this lens... few days ago I purchased Minolta APO 80-200/2.8 HS G and now this...OMG, I hate LBA I have to sell CV 125/2.5 in A-mount to cover the hole in my wallet
^^^ The Zuiko OM 100/2 are few and far between. Good luck! It's a fantastic lens. I really missed my Contax 100/2 Planar, and this fits the bill(and then some!!). Quite a bit smaller than the Contax but just as sharp, although I think the Contax was better at infinity than the OM. But the bokeh of the OM is creamier, IMO.

I think I´ll use it only for portraits and close-up work. Contax 100/2 has great pop/3D but in many pictures I saw the bokeh was more contrasty than I´d expect. On flickr there are some winter portraits with Oly 100/2 that blows me away.
First images with newly acquired Minolta APO 80-200/2.8 HS G with LA-EA3, just waiting for LA-EA4 arrival with AF..
(All WO. ISO 2500-6400. Focal lenght 110 mm,150 mm, 160 mm ,200 mm, on the last image reflections on the windows from lights on first shot)

uhoh7 wrote: Jako, my kind of test shot!! What do you think, is it helping the R28? Do you find any WB differences with mod?
Thanks you gents!
I took this test shot to compare it to Nikon D800E setup I took a while ago. Although angles and time/light are different, A7R RAW compares much more favourably to D800E. Unfortunately I don't have yet many shots with modded A7R from the same locations to compare to stock A7R, but based on few tests I feel that at least outer 2/3 image area taken with lenses designed for film clearly benefits from Kolari's thin sensor stack.
Charlie, I don't use Adobe camera profile as it produces very unrealistic colours. I normally use Camera Standard for Sony A7/R and boost Saturation and Vibrance by +10 while keeping white balance 'As Shot' in 90% (I mostly use AWB setting on Sony)
You could try Camera Vivid setting to come closer to your M9 look, but using it try to reduce contrast and boost exposure by +0.15
So it's been so cold here, I just can't seem to get out to do any shooting.
Pretty sad I've resorted to shooting my backyard......when is spring coming? I kind of like this shot though...no moisture in the air gives incredible clarity.
@Dan 90 cron is cookin !! Love those shots!
@arduluth beautiful
@Jako TY so much for reply. Forgive my ignorance. Are u still editing in LR but have altered import settings? Where do I do that? Oh wait I got it: Camera calibration. OMG never used it! Very helpful TY
