And now the Minolta 58mm f/1.2 - both WO
Focus is tricking at f/1.2. I think I'll be using the tripod a bit more in the future, even after zooming in the EVF.
The Konica 40mm f1.8 looks really good. Great shots.
Todd
Todd,
It's not a bad lens at all, especially at its size and price. It's sharp stopped down, has a lovely glow WO, and the colors are rather pleasing to my eye. I'm not a huge fan of the bokeh WO though, and it has some awful glare issues.
I haven't been out taking photos for a while, but we had a nice trip to the Olympic Peninsula last weekend. Clear, sunny, and cold!
The ill-fated Satsop nuclear plant, now a business park
Kalaloch Beach
Cape Flattery - the Northwestern-most point in the contiguous US
Though Tatoosh Island, seen here, is slightly further NW than the cape. The little speck atop the antenna on the lighthouse is a bald eagle. I don't know what's up with the ruins off to the right.
This beautiful valley is on the drive out to the Cape.
