Found a stair case leading into the building behind this shot to set the tripod down. You can see into the tunnel as well as the NYC street vendors invited to the event. And it wasnt tuesday AM so i was able to park the tripod there

I've been really impressed with your Mitakon 50 0.95 shots Gregg. Seems like a great lens. Living in China and with the Mitakon being Chinese I thought I could get it cheaper here, perhaps .. but it's $800+ so not exactly a bargain lens and since I have a Cosina 55 f1.2 I don't want to part with (love the specular highlights effects from that lens) I'll just have to keep on admiring your work.
Great shots on the last pages: NY city shots...
Fantastic Helena, as always.....ist's getting cold up north...
Some shots of a shooting at the Cathedral of Speyer. The romanic „Kaiser Dom“ is a very important building and emblematic for german history for 1000 years.
I used a beautiful sunny early November day to get special lighting inside the cathedral.
Took the 24/70 and the Nikkor 15/3.5, the Noctilux. For BW i had the M Monochrom with the 21/2.8 and the Nocti. Handheld and tripod with the Sony:
The first one is a 5 shots HDR processed realistic to the original lighting (the strong illumination of the paintings).
Here is the Main Ship of the cathedral shot with the Nikkor 15/3.5:
You can see the strength of this lens, it is distortion free (no lens profile used, no Dist. correction) and its weakness, flares
