Thank you very much Steve! I must say I have been less than enthusiastic to go to the Tidal Basin to shoot the cherry blossoms ever since they started the seawall restoration few years ago. I wish there was a way to relocate those 100+ year-old tree that arched over the water like bonsais, instead of cutting them down, thus, forever eliminating some beautiful compositions. Since it's only 30 miles from me, I went anyway. There are still plenty of old trees around.

For the fun of it, here is what ChatGPT says :

Thank you Robert! And good eyes! Yes, I brought out the Kase 200mm refex lens for some fun. I went a bit overboard with gear for this short trip:

Sony 20-70 on A7RV
Sony 70-200 F4 G II on A1II
Kase 200mm Reflex on A1II
Canon R5 infrared camera with 24-50mm lens
Trioplan 100 f/2.8 II and CV 15, but never got to use these two lenses.

I had a pulling wagon with me so weight wasn't an issue

. I didn't bother to bring a tripod with me. The first picture in the last post was 2 -second, hand held AND focus bracketed!

It's FL2 for the A1 II. For reasons I do not quite understand, Sony's film sims aren't the same across their models. This one is not available for the A7RV, for example. But could be for others.
