Loved those images Douglas! Steve
Thank you very much, Steve! I am currently in Denver, went to the Garden of Gods yesterday morning, pleasantly surprised there were some good colors there too.
When I returned from a night hike to capture some astrophotography, my vehicle looked interesting under the Milky Way and it was just calling for me to photograph it. So, improvised some lighting using my iPhone set to a blue LED panel in the vehicle and a red headlamp diffused with white paper to cut down the output and diffuse the light. I did try some without the lights, especially the red one, but it just looked boring and one dimensional. This was the final result which I felt brought out dimensionality, and a sense of mystery, and was my favorite variation of the series I captured.

In the middle of a rainy, foggy autumn, I went in search of roads lined with old trees. To my surprise and joy, I managed to find two that I had not known before.
