It's simply amazing that this shot was at 16,000 ISO and with modern denoising software it turned out beautiful. Even looking at it at 100% the quality is still there. We live in great times.

I see Joshua that I'm not the only only to use painterly Sony GM 85/1.4 Mk1 still.
Piotr, I love that lens and it didn't even occur to me to get another 85mm lens. Not the fastest focusing lens but for my needs, it is more than sufficient. I bought my Batis 85mm first and still use it when a smaller portrait lens is called for, like for travel.
Edited to add "Not" in the front of the second sentence.
I am hesitant to post Iceland shots after Ronny's!
Haven't shot much lately, I am hoping to see pockets of foliage colors nearby in about 2 weeks. I dug out the folder for my Iceland trip last year, here are a few that I hadn't worked on until this afternoon. For me, some of my favorite shots from Iceland were just taken randomly from roadside when I saw good light and was able to find room to safely pull over, not some popular Instagram spots.

Twilight in the canyon. I was hiking in this canyon and came down at dusk when I noticed the play of cool and warm tones with this streetlight casting light. I framed up a couple compositions and did some long exposures at creek level and this one was my favorite.

How do you experience the difference between the A1 and the A7r V in landscapes?
is there any visible difference?
Train along the Colorado River yesterday at dusk. A three image composite - one exposure for the cotton candy sky, one exposure to freeze the train movement and expose for it and mountains, and the final frame of a long 10 second exposure to smooth out the flowing water.
