Staying in the charming town of Alkmaar on this page - I loved taking pictures of old Dutch towns when I lived in that country over 40 years ago and more so thereafter...
Another with the old Zeiss 50 1.4, but stopped down to 2.2 for a little more DOF. The bright petals against the dark background help the flower stand out.
One more image of the church of Eglise Saint-Merry with the Voigtlander 10mm. I stepped back a few paces for a vertical shot. First image is the whole thing and the next two are crops for detail. It is such a beautiful church but not many people visit (which was great for me!).

Excellent job of capturing the beautiful house of worship.

Nice brook trout my daughter caught yesterday fly fishing. I'm really loving the image quality I'm getting out of the A6700, perfect for this kind of photography!
ohhh yum. it has been years since I had brook trout. delicious!
I ran across this danger noodle and snapped some shots. As the sun was just going down behind the mountains, he/she decided to warm up on the pavement. I feared it would be run over, there wasn't much traffic around but you never know. I encouraged it to move with the help of my jack handle and it made its way back into the brush. They are great to have around even if people are terrified of them, they help keep the mice/rats in check.

One of the best rainbows I've ever experienced after a storm cleared between the Elk Mountain Range and the Raggeds Mountain Range a couple days ago.
Are you kidding me??!! This shot is fantastic! 😮😮😮
