They don't seem to care about photographers once the feeding and fighting starts Douglas, especially if you've been in place for awhile.
The 70-200 also helps get both birds in focus.

I have been watching for months a few leaves that just seem determined to stay on the branch when all their fellow leaves have fallen . It was quite gusty, so wind, slow shutter speed and a bit of camera motion.

Love the sense of motion, birdied! I ill fated attempt to shoot snow geese in flight at 1/80 second yielded blurry but not artistic shots.
