Too much cloud cover for the recent super moon event...timing had the sun visible at the same time, but a bank of clouds blocked any crepuscular rays that could have squirted through to light up the bales. Maybe next month...last super moon is set for September 9th.

Phil, congratulations on the A7s This camera continues to amaze me in the quality of the files. Yes it is only 12 MP, but the larger pixels sites have quite a different effect on the rendering compared the A7r. The rendering with the A7s combines beautifully with the older style lenses, such as the 75 Lux, 50 Nocti f/1.0 ( Mandler) and of course the 50 Cron DR. The silent shutter is a blessing too. I have now sold my second M240 on ebay today, and only have the A7s's and A7r's as my main camera system for now. I still will keep all my Leica M lenses, as 95% work on the A7s, even better so as the subtlety really gels with the A7s.
